- Registering rights with customs (nationally or on pan-European basis) and coordinating swift action when interceptions are made.
- Managing day-to-day civil enforcement activity (instructing investigators, compiling intelligence databases, dealing with privacy and data protection issues, handling high volume cease and desist correspondence, settlements and publicity).
- Tackling the promotion and sale of counterfeit goods online, including on the major auction site platforms.
- Larger civil cases, e.g. with court orders for pre-action disclosure, search and seize, asset freezing, asset tracing, preliminary injunction, summary judgment and/or contempt of court.
