Stefanie is a member of the Practice Area Commercial Agreements. Specialising in all issues of general civil and commercial law, especially distribution matters, she drafts and negotiates distribution agreements, advises clients in their international business relations and represents them in contentious proceedings.
Stefanie has studied law in Heidelberg and in Strasbourg/France. In the framework of her legal training, Stefanie worked for a business law firm in Brussels and attended post-graduate studies at the German University of Administrative Sciences, Speyer, where she subsequently worked as a scientific assistant. In 2004, Stefanie obtained the Master of Law (LL.M.) of the European University Institute, Florence. She has been working as a lawyer in Frankfurt since 2005.
Stefanie is a member of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Recht und Informatik e.V. (DGRI) - German Society for Law and Information Technology.
Besides her mother tongue German, Stefanie speaks fluent English, French and Italian.
