Mark Fraser has specialized in construction and engineering law, arbitration and insurance for over 20 years in Dubai, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, and the UK.
He has acted for all players in the construction industry, including contractors, developers, professionals, funders and insurers, and is currently involved in a number of international arbitrations for clients in the Middle East.
During his time in Thailand Mark was Chairman of the British Chamber of Commerce Thailand (2003-2007), a Director of the Board of Trade in Thailand (2003-2007) and Chairman of Britain in Asia Pacific (2005)
