Marc is member of the Practice Area Copyright & Media Law. He advises national and international companies on copyright, trademark and unfair competition law. Amongst others, he advises sports clubs on all issues of sports law.
Marc studied law at the University of Bayreuth, where he specialized in intellectual property and competition law. Besides he obtained a degree in economics (Wirtschaftsjurist Univ. Bayreuth). After passing the First Legal State Exam, he worked for a year as an assistant at a chair for civil law. In 2012, he sat the Second Legal State Exam in Frankfurt. As a trainee lawyer, he worked at the Frankfurt office of Taylor Wessing and also for an international automobile company.
Currently he works on his doctor thesis which focuses on a topic of sports and contract law.
He was admitted to the Frankfurt bar in 2012 and joined our Frankfurt office in the same year.
Marc, a native speaker of German, is fluent in English.
