Johannes Raue is a member of the Commercial Agreements group. His work is focused on advising and litigation in relation to damages, commercial issues, contracts for work and services in particular mechanical engineering.
After his training as notary’s clerk and subsequent activity as cost controller at the Ländernotarkasse A.d.ö.R. [pension fund for notaries, an institution under public law] in Leipzig, Johannes went on to study law in Munich. He passed the two legal state exams in 2005 and 2007 in Munich. From 2007 to 2008 Johannes was a research assistant to Prof. Dr. Lorenz Fastrich, the Chair of Civil Law, Employment Law, and Commercial Law at Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich. Johannes was admitted to the bar in 2008. Before joining Taylor Wessing in August 2009 Johannes practiced as a lawyer with an international law firm in Frankfurt / Main.
