Hélène acts for French and international clients, notably German and Anglo-Saxon, on all aspects of employment and social security law. She offers advice in all types of activity sectors. Her practice is particularly focused on international employment contracts and mobility polities, managing directors' status, incentive remuneration schemes, working time, acquisition and restructuring operations, redundancy procedures and social plans as well as negotiation of settlement agreements for high executives.

Hélène has been practicing as a lawyer since 1997. She has a Business Law Master (D.E.S.S. and D.J.C.E. - Strasbourg). She is also graduated from the University of Münster in Germany with a L.L.M. (Magister Legum), after a joint curriculum in French and German law at the Paris X-Nanterre University.

Hélène worked within the Employment Department of successively 2 of the "Big 4" and was member of their respective German Desks. Since January 2004, she has been pursuing her activity with Taylor Wessing Paris.
