Franziska Hügel is member of the Practice Area Employment and Pensions. Her work for Taylor Wessing is concentrated on advising and litigation for domestic and international companies as well as executive employees on all issues concerning individual and collective employment law and adjacent fields of law as well as on the elaboration of contracts.
Franziska Hügel studied law at the Friedrich-Schiller-University of Jena. She passed her first Legal State Exam in 2003. She graduated with a Doctor of Laws Degree on an insolvency law issue in 2006. After her Second Legal State Exam she joined the Düsseldorf office of Taylor Wessing in February 2007. In 2011 Franziska Hügel was appointed specialist lawyer for employment law.
Franziska Hügel is a member of the German Lawyers’ Association and the Practice Group Labor Law of the German Lawyers’ Association.
In addition to her native language German, she is fluent in English.
