Senior Partner
Anne Chua is one of the founding members of RHTLaw and is the Head of the Firm's Finance and Real Estate Practice. She acts for and advises corporate clients from a wide range of industries. Her legal experience spans over 30 years and her clients include real estate developers, retail mall operators, pharmaceutical companies and institutions of learning. She has also acted for banking institutions, infrastructure providers and statutory corporations.
Anne's areas of expertise include corporate and commercial laws as well as property, banking and finance. She is familiar with private equity M&A transactions and matters involving multi jurisdictions with multiple parties, joint ventures, financing and structured transactions.
Anne is an appointed Commissioner for Oaths. She has served on the Board of the Young Women's Christian Association.
