Anja Fenge is a Partner in the Hamburg office of Taylor Wessing and is a member of the Practice Area Real Estate. She advises investors from Germany and overseas in the context of large real estate transactions, project developments and real estate financing. The main focus of her practice is providing legal advice for property acquisitions and for the planning and implementation of project developments in the commercial property sector.
Anja Fenge was born in Heidelberg in 1965. She initially studied French in Clermont-Ferrand, France, and then turned her studies to law at the universities of Bielefeld, Geneva and Cologne. During her studies and until after her second state examination, she worked as a research assistant at the Institute for International and Overseas Private Law in Cologne. In 1994-1995 she obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland. She was awarded her doctorate from the University of Cologne for her thesis relating to the management of assets for the elderly.
Anja Fenge has worked as a lawyer since 1998 and first joined our firm in 2008. She speaks German, English and French.
