Recent transactions include:
- Administration of Dolphin Telecoms - A trading administration of a large telecoms company, advising Deloitte and involving a team of over 30 lawyers. Advising on every aspect of insolvency practice and on telecommunications issues. The business was sold as a going concern.
- Administration of Ballast Plc - Advised Deloitte, the administrators, in relation to one of the UK's largest construction facilities management companies. A team of over 30 lawyers dealt with the diverse issues raised in the administration - including pensions, construction, real estate and banking.
- Restructuring of the Del Monte Foods Group in Europe and South Africa - Advising Rabobank in relation to the successful restructuring of this major international food supplier.
- Liquidation of Westbond International Bank Limited - Advising Grant Thornton on the liquidation of an Antigua and Barbuda incorporated bank including acting on litigation involving trust and proprietary claims.
- Liquidation of Lakeland Power Limited - Advising BDO Stoy Hayward on Lakeland Power Limited's multi-million dollar claims on the administrations of the TXU Energy companies.
