The firm provides a complete range of dispute resolution services within the real estate field. These services broadly consist of:
- a comprehensive real estate service dealing with not only usual management issues, but also disputes in relation to sale and purchase agreements and development agreements
- a separate group dealing with disputes arising in relation to the construction arena, whether they be resolved by way of pre-agreed and/or statutory dispute avoidance processes or by reference to court.
The different jurisdictions of the UK and Germany, however, dictate different processes.
