We represent institutions, property companies, investment banks and private investors in relation to all forms of property investment. Dedicated partner led teams represent larger clients on portfolio transactions such as the acquisition and sale of shopping centres, business parks, public houses, restaurants and hotels. We also regularly represent clients in relation to single asset acquisitions.
We believe in offering a comprehensive service and following on from the acquisition we will deal with asset management, including leases, alterations, improvements, enhancements and all associated documentation.

Our Tax Group is experienced in available tax saving schemes/arrangements, whether they be within the relevant jurisdiction or offshore, including advice on Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs).
