Our Projects Group has an established reputation in project development, project finance and privatisation. We regularly advise sponsors, financiers and governmental and public sector bodies across numerous industry sectors both in our domestic European markets and around the world.
We provide an integrated service across our offices in the United Kingdom, Germany, France and China and with our associated office in Dubai. We also have strong international relationships with many law firms around the world which allows us to advise on projects in other host jurisdictions.
Our wealth of experience in this area means we are experienced in reconciling the interests of sponsors, financiers and other stakeholders within varying political and commercial environments and in delivering creative solutions.
We are supported by our partners from around the firm and in particular those in the Finance Group who advise on limited and non recourse arrangements. We also have an active capital markets financing capability.
Whenever the project requires, we draw on other Taylor Wessing specialists to advise in areas such as regulation, public procurement, construction and engineering, insurance, technology use and protection, and tax.
