Drawing on long experience, particularly in France and Germany, our advice covers the impact of works council rights and collective bargaining provisions. We have strong experience in all aspects of litigation and negotiations with works councils on shop agreements, and with trade unions on collective bargaining agreements, including negotiation with conciliation committees in Germany. We have particular strength in reorganisation issues.
