Process engineering and infrastructure
The Group advises on construction and engineering documents in the power, process and infrastructure sectors including, as well as core construction and engineering contracts, the legal aspects of performance specifications and joint venture and consortium agreements. The Group is also experienced in addressing the complex disputes that can arise in these sectors through dispute resolution boards, expert determination, international arbitration or court proceedings. Given its breadth of experience, the Group is often called upon to provide construction and engineering advice from planning and procurement stages through to completion and operation.
