The Group has in-depth experience of advising on construction and engineering disputes in the UK, Europe and internationally, in the public and private sectors, from solution through negotiation to more traditional dispute resolution methods, including being regularly involved in international arbitration, national arbitration, expert determination and court proceedings. The Group is well-versed in the use of alternative dispute resolution techniques, in particular, adjudication, including where this process is used as a tactical device requiring a responsive team versed in handling substantial and complex issues within tight timescales. Use of mediation to resolve disputes is proving increasingly popular and the Group has three accredited mediators.
