The Group's expertise extends to the fields of construction technology and e-procurement. We advise construction clients, professionals and contractors on legal aspects arising from use of, for example, project extranets and bespoke CAD solutions. We have experience in addressing legal issues affecting preparation and pre-qualification for and participation in and use of electronic reverse auctions and other methods of online procurement. We advise clients on how, for example, copyright and moral rights are affected by increased use of electronic information and/or procurement methods.
