Employment law in the Middle East

Our employment group is experienced in advising on the interpretation and enforcement of the UAE Labour Law as applicable onshore and in the various Free Zones, and on the Dubai International Financial Centre Employment Law. 

We have significant experience acting for both employers and employees in contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. 

As every employer needs to stay apprised of the changes in the law, we work closely with human resource managers and advise on day to day employment law queries.  We also advise on more complex employment issues in relation to mergers, acquisitions and disposals, and have experience of structuring and implementing employee benefit schemes for both national and non-national employees.
