Foreign investment in China
The firm assists foreign investors in relation to the planning and establishment of foreign investment enterprises (FIEs) such as equity joint ventures, cooperative joint ventures, wholly foreign owned enterprises, holding companies and BOT projects.
China Group experience includes:
- first joint venture establishment in 1983
- establishment of FIEs in the automotive, aviation, light industry, machinery, engineering, trading (FICE), construction, steel, chemical, pharmaceutical, service, IT, chemical, manufacturing sectors
- assisting in major project financing transactions including RMB investment financing for major FIE
