By way of illustration of our services, the Taylor Wessing Sports Group has recently provided legal advice to clients in respect of issues relating to the marketing and selling of the rights associated with the UEFA Champions League football competition and those of other national football competitions. It has also been involved in a number of player transfer disputes concerning the new FIFA transfer system and has been advising a client in relation to the implementation, operation and management of a salary-cap system for top-level rugby clubs in England.
