The work the group has done includes all aspects of PFI/PPP work, right through from the procurement/tender process (ie, from OJEC to preferred bidder stage) up to financial close.
Other work has comprised general corporate/commercial transactions (joint ventures, M&A, privatisations, joint ventures, divestitures and commercial contracts), project financings and capital markets work.
Our clients include private-sector entities (such as sponsors, construction companies, facilities management providers, equity providers and financial institutions) and public-sector entities (such as NHS/PCT trusts).
We also have excellent relationships with technical advisers, financial advisers and project managers; as such, we are able to offer these contacts to our clients, as well as an all-round project-management service to drive deals forward.
