- on the joint venture led by Prestbury Investment Holdings Limited on a £500 million sale-and-leaseback of 220 pubs with Spirit, the UK's largest independent managed pub operator
- Avebury Group, one of the major pub companies in the UK, on its portfolio of approximately 800 public houses
- various landlords following pub company The Old Monk going into administration including dealing with the assignment or disposal of public houses in Cardiff, Chesterfield (Kent), Highclere (Hampshire), Stratford upon Avon and Winchester
- the entrepreneurial London-based developer London & Regional Properties in relation to the acquisition of 20 nightclubs in a sale and leaseback deal with First Leisure Corporation
- on the continued expansion of the Häagen Dazs network into cinemas, shopping centres, outlet villages in the UK, Eire and Europe, including agreements with the new cinema chain, Spean Bridge
