An active insurance market requires corporate lawyers who understand the market and the factors to be considered when valuing businesses either for sale, listing or reorganisation. It also requires lawyers who have sufficient knowledge of the market to be able to assist on private equity, venture capital and related investment transactions for industry-focused investment companies, including private equity houses, venture capital firms or investment funds.
