Taylor Wessing's Hotel Group scores with Clydesdale Bank
Leading law firm Taylor Wessing LLP has successfully advised Clydesdale Bank Plc on its investment into the newly opened Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Milton Keynes, located within the football stadium that is home to the MK Dons Football Club.
This is the first Doubletree hotel to be integrated into a professional sports complex and has 127 guest rooms, several of which are "pitchside" and double up as executive suites during major events.
Richard Bursby, Head of the Hotels Group at Taylor Wessing, says:
"This was a challenging project given the current economic conditions and required us to work closely with Clydesdale Bank to secure the funding for this development."
