Thomas Fehrenbach is a partner and head of the Real Estate Practice Area for Germany.
He has specialised in property law including private building law for more than 15 years. Thomas has specific expertise in contract consultation, execution of major projects and also covers project development, project control, commercial tenancy, property law, building contract law including architectual and engineering law.
In addition Thomas has had substantial experience in the supervision of intricate court proceedings. Moreover, he advises national and international investors in real estate and real estate portfolio transactions.
