Nicolas joined the firm's Paris Corporate department as partner in November 2008.
Nicolas specializes in M&A, private equity (from venture capital to LBO transactions) and capital market transactions. He advises French and international clients on a regular basis on behalf of either issuers, investment funds, or managers, and has developed an extensive expertise in the Internet, cleantech and renewable sectors.
Having started his career with CMS Francis Lefebvre based in Buenos Aires and Paris (1997-2000), he joined Skadden Arps law firm and was based in New York and Paris (2001-2007) and then became a partner with Aramis Law in 2007.
Nicolas is admitted to the Paris and New York Bars. He holds a Masters degree in Economics (Paris IX dauphine), in business law (Paris II Assas) and a LL.M. degree from Columbia Law School.
Nicolas is French and speaks fluently English and Spanish. He is the treasurer and board member of the French securities law association (ADB) and is part of the Brazil Group at Taylor Wessing. Nicolas regularly publishes articles in various legal magazines and books and gives lectures both in France and abroad.
