Joachim is member of the Practice Area Real Estate. He advices national and international companies as well as individuals in all matters of constructing, operating and purchasing real estates.
He also advices on private construction and architectural law. After graduating from high school Joachim had a vocational training as bank clerk. Afterward he studied law at the Ruhr-University in Bochum as well as at the university of applied sciences in Speyer. In 2006 and 2009 he passed the two German legal state examinations. After his second state exam he worked as al layer in part-time for an international law firm in Düsseldorf and wrote a dissertation on public procurement law. He works for Taylor Wessing since 2012.
Joachim is member of the German bar association. He is a native German speaker, is fluent in English and has a basic knowledge in French.
