Daniel is member of the Restructuring & Insolvency group. He provides companies and insolvency administrators with advisory and forensic services in all areas of corporate and insolvency law.
Daniel studied law in Muenster and Pau/France. After he had passed his First State Examination in 2006, Daniel completed his LL.M. degree at the University of the West of England (Bristol). Subsequently, he wrote his doctoral thesis. Meanwhile, Daniel has already been working for the Taylor Wessing office Dusseldorf as a legal assistant. As a trainee lawyer, he spent periods at the European Commission in Brussels and a leading commercial law firm. Following his Second State Examination in December 2010, Daniel was working on a four months development aid project in Beijing as a legal advisor.
In addition to his native German, he is fluent in English and has a good knowledge of French.
