Christian Kleeberg is a member of the Practice Area Corporate, focused on M&A transactions, in particular for finance or private equity investors. He advises on the acquisition and disposal of companies in competitive auctions or restructuring cases as well as at club deals.
Following his law studies in Hamburg, Bordeaux and Muenster, he passed his first legal state exam in 2001. During the ensuing legal clerkship, he worked a.o. in Taylor Wessing’s Shanghai office. He obtained his second state exam and his doctorate in law in 2005.
His legal career started at Linklaters’ M&A Corporate Private Equity Department, where he finally worked as a Managing Associate in Frankfurt. He became a partner of Taylor Wessing in May 2012.
Christian, a native speaker of German, is fluent in English and French and has basic knowledge of Russian and Mandarin.
