Angela is a member of the Practice Area “Corporate” in our Hamburg Office. She focuses on general corporate housekeeping, corporate litigation and M&A transactions.
Angela studied law in Bayreuth and Mainz and completed her legal traineeship in Hamburg. Afterwards she gained her doctorate in the field of corporate law. Besides her legal studies, Angela studied business economics at the University of Bayreuth, obtaining an additional legal degree with a focus on business law. Furthermore, she worked as a research assistant at the Johannes Gutenberg-University of Mainz for several years. Before joining Taylor Wessing as an associate Angela had already been a legal trainee in our Hamburg Office and had also completed a traineeship at the legal department of a major company listed on the German DAX.
In addition to her native German, she is fluent in English and has a good command of French.
