Taylor Wessing scoops prestigious accolades in latest technology and IP industry awards
Taylor Wessing was voted Technology Law Firm of the Year at the UK Technology Innovation and Growth Awards.
Judges commended Taylor Wessing for the firm's widespread involvement in technology transactions during the year.
The panel singled out Taylor Wessing's market-topping deals of 2006 for particular commendation: the US$425 sale of Cramer Systems (the largest sale of a UK-based VC-backed technology company); the US$100 million investment in Plastic Logic (the largest VC investment in a European technology company); and the US$22 million investment in Software Cellular Network (Truphone) (the largest Series A round investment in a European technology company).
