Taylor Wessing Private Equity Group advises Rutland Partners on $128m secondary buy-out
Taylor Wessing in London has advised long-standing client Rutland Partners LLP, the UK private equity partnership, on the acquisition of Attends Healthcare Holdings Limited from 3i Group plc for $128 million.
Rutland has invested approximately £21.5 million ($43.3 million) alongside debt provided by Barclays Bank plc. The transaction represents Rutland's first investment from its recently raised second fund.
The Taylor Wessing team advising Nick Morrill and Oliver Jones of Rutland comprised Corporate partners, Tim Eyles and Nick Hazell and Finance partner Martin Yells.
