Taylor Wessing LLP advises LGV Capital Limited on the sale of the Verna Group

Taylor Wessing LLP has acted for LGV Capital Limited on the sale of Verna Group, a market leader in the manufacture and supply of infection control products, to Bank of Scotland Integrated Finance, part of HBOS, for an undisclosed sum.

Taylor Wessing also represented LGV, formerly known as Legal & General Ventures, on its initial acquisition of Verna Group, a management buyout, in May 2005. 

Verna Group is made up of VGH Acquisitions (Holdings) (2007) Limited and a number of subsidiary companies. 

The Taylor Wessing team advising LGV was led by Private Equity Partner, Martin Winter.

Cobbetts acted for the management of Verna Group, while DLA acted for BOSIF.
