Taylor Wessing has grown its Construction & Engineering Group with the arrival of two new associates to its London office.

Brad Fearn joins from Pinsent Mason and specialises in non-contentious construction, engineering and infrastructure schemes in the UK.  He has acted for a wide range of clients including private and public sector employers, main contractors, joint ventures and funders.  An admitted solicitor in England and Wales as well as Australia, Brad has advised and negotiated PFI Agreements and related project documents in the health care, rail and defence sectors.

David Toscano joins from Lovells and specialises in contentious construction disputes, with particular expertise in domestic and international arbitration.

Head of Construction and Engineering at Taylor Wessing, Helen Garthwaite, comments:

"We are delighted to have expanded our practice with the arrival of Brad and David. Both are highly qualified in their respective areas of non-contentious and contentious construction work and will be a great asset to the team as we continue to strengthen our service offering."
