Taylor Wessing continues to expand its private equity practice
Taylor Wessing is continuing the expansion of its private equity practice with the arrival of corporate partner, Mark Davis from Dechert.
Mark has over eight years' experience in representing private equity funds and management teams in leveraged buyouts, UK and cross-border transactions. He has advised on some of the largest private equity transactions in Europe, including the 3 billion euro eircom bid for the Valentia consortium and the £825 million William Hill buyout for Cinven and CVC.

Mark joins the team of 84 fee earners in Taylor Wessing's UK corporate department, and the firm-wide team of 30 specialist private equity partners that comprise Taylor Wessing’s Private Equity Group.
