Taylor Wessing advises Symphony Telecom Holdings plc on AIM admission

Taylor Wessing advised Symphony Telecom Holdings plc ("Symphony"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Eckoh Technologies plc, on its admission to AIM, announced today.  Symphony is a leading UK distributor of telecommunications products and services.  The Symphony group of companies sells mobile, fixed line and data products and services directly to the SME market.

With an estimated market capitalisation of £12.75m, the value of the funds raised through the placing of new ordinary shares in Symphony is £4.51m before expenses.

Taylor Wessing recently advised Symphony on its £10m acquisition of Anglia Telecom Centres Limited from Cellular Holdings Limited and its admission to AIM will further develop and expand the scope of the group.
