Taylor Wessing advises N M Rothschild & Sons Ltd on a circa £60m real estate financing deal

Taylor Wessing has advised international investment bank, N M Rothschild & Sons Ltd on secured loan facilities of around £60m to a private property investment company.

The funding was used to finance the purchase of a prestigious portfolio of properties and to refinance existing debt secured on a further portfolio of properties owned by the borrower.

Taylor Wessing's team comprised Rodney Dukes, Martin Yells, Greer Campbell and Max Remington-Hobbs (finance); Raman Sharma and Andrew Johnson (real estate); Richard Clifton and Ed Jackson (corporate); and Alex Thomas (tax).
