Taylor Wessing advises Esterline Technologies Corporation on the sale of Muirhead
Taylor Wessing LLP's Technology and Inward Investment Group has acted for Esterline Technologies Corporation, a US$ 1.5 billion specialised manufacturing company, on the sale of Muirhead Aerospace Limited to Ametek, Inc.
Muirhead Aerospace Limited designs and manufactures specialised motion technology for a wide variety of aircraft, land vehicles, ships and missiles. Muirhead also provides maintenance, repair and overhaul services to the aviation industry.
