RO Group become Leaders in the Residential and Management Agency Market

Taylor Wessing has advised the RO Group on its acquisition of Leaders Group Limited from its Management and 3i Group.

The RO Group specialises in property investment, commercial and residential development as well as investing in new businesses such as the Leaders Group and the development of quality apartments for the active retired through its Pegasus Retirement Homes business.

Leaders Group is one of the largest privately owned residential lettings and management agencies in England.  It also provides a range of property related services to organisations who need rented housing and tenancy management for employees.

The Taylor Wessing team advising the RO Group was led by the head of corporate David Roberts and included Glenda O'Hara, Andrew Fleming and Hugh Merritt (corporate), Leigh Lisk (tax), Graham Hann (intellectual property), Rachel Farr (employment) and Tim Green (pensions).

3i Group was advised by Wragge & Co.

Management was advised by Mundays and Dean Wilson & Laing.
