New Partner joins Taylor Wessing's Real Estate practice
Taylor Wessing announces the appointment of new partner, Brian Greenwood, who joins the real estate practice in London.
Brian joins us from Norton Rose, where he has been Head of the Environmental and Planning Law Group. Brian has extensive experience in both contentious and non-contentious environment and planning work. He regularly advises on heavyweight planning issues as well as corporate and banking environmental due diligence transactions, from M&A to sales and flotations, landfill, packaging, waste and water pollution. Brian's experience covers a wide variety of industries, including energy and utilities, infrastructure, mining and metals, and real estate. He was Master of the City of London Solicitors’ Company and President of the City of London Law Society in 2004 and is a member and former Chairman of the Law Society’s Planning and Environmental law Committee.
