François Verdot becomes the 15th partner at Taylor Wessing France

François Verdot has joined the Paris office of Taylor Wessing, an office that has experienced incredible growth since its establishment in November 2003.

François joins from Jones Day and will be in charge of the real estate practice, one of Taylor Wessing's key practice areas in France and beyond.  Françoishas a broad range of real estate law experience, especially in matters involving commercial and industrial leasing, as well as in acquisitions and disposals, and construction and development. In addition, he has significant experience in litigation. Such experiencewill enable François to strengthen the scope of services provided by the firm to institutional landlords as well as to the firm’s top corporate clients.

Prior to joining Taylor Wessing, François was an associate in the Paris office of Jones Day from 2003 and previously in the Paris office of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where he represented U.S. and German private equity real estate funds, real estate developers, and other institutional investors, and also clients with real estate investment interests. Francois has been a member of the Paris Bar Association since 1996.
