DESCRIPTION

Taylor Wessing has acted for leading developer, London & Regional Properties ("L&R") on securing Knight Frank LLP as a tenant for L&R's Flagship redevelopment of the former Marks & Spencer's Headquarters in Baker Street, London W1. Knight Frank has exchanged contracts with L&R to take part of the half million-foot office development at its new Central London Headquarters. L&R expects to complete the building by the end of 2007.
