DESCRIPTION

Taylor Wessing in Brussels has advised the Sopra Group on the acquisition of Business Architects International (BAI), a Belgian software company that caters to the financial sector with IT solutions such as ComponentBanker. The acquisition price was not disclosed. The Sopra Group is a France-based European IT Consulting and Services company with 10.000 employees and a turnover of €1 billion. 

The Taylor Wessing team was headed by Martine De Witte.
