Taylor Wessing advises Visto Corporation on global deal with Vodafone
Taylor Wessing's Technology group has advised Californian based wireless specialist, Visto Corporation,on a deal with Vodafone which will see Visto's software platform providing secure wireless email, calendar and contact access from mobile devices rolled out to Vodafone users in a number of different countries around the world.
Chris Jeffery, senior associate in the Technology group, advised Visto in the UK and was supported by Marc Schuler in the Paris office and Axel von dem Bussche in the Hamburg office and correspondent law firms throughout Europe.
