Taylor Wessing advises the management of Panacea Group on its MBO by ISIS Equity Partners

Taylor Wessing has advised the management team on the MBO of Panacea, a provider of IT solutions and services.

The MBO was backed by ISIS Equity Partners (“ISIS”).  Senior debt and working capital facilities were provided by Lloyds TSB Corporate Banking. 

Panacea is a leading IT business solutions provider, offering systems integration and outsourced IT services to the UK mid-market that includes 100 corporate organisations and over 600 mid-sized clients.
