Taylor Wessing advises on an LBO in the building sector
The law firm advises Banexi Capital Partenaires and La Liévinoise de Participations on the purchase of Profalux Industries
La Liévinoise de Participations has once again placed its trust in Taylor Wessing for assistance on an external growth transaction. This growth reinforce the former's presence in the domain of shutters, gates and other systems of building closure. On February 6, La Liévinoise de Participations purchased the Savoie based company Profalux Industries, a specialist in roller shutters to create a group worth more than 100 million euros, with the arrival of new managers in the original LBO structure. The acquisition was financed by a banking pool led by BNP Paribas.
Created in 2003 with Banexi Capital Partenaires and a group of managers led by Yves Cordonnier, La Liévinoise de Participation had already asked Taylor Wessing to advise it on the conclusion of its LBO on La Toulousaine, a specialist company in gates and metal shutters. Since then, Fonds Partenaires, BNP Paribas Développement and Société Foncière et Financière de Participations have joined the initial Investors as shareholders of the company, testifying to the success oh this LBO.
Three years later, Taylor Wessing is delighted to be able to work with La Liévinoise de Participations on its expansion, with a team comprised of Noro-Lanto Ravisy (partner) and Emmanuelle Porte, as well as Claire Deléris (partner) and Laurence Bois, tax lawyers.
