The Taylor Wessing Global Intellectual Property Index (GIPI) team are delighted to announced the opening of the GIPI3 survey.

We are very interested to know your views on the IP regimes of the jurisdictions in which you have particular experience. Please spare a few minutes to complete the simple questionnaire in this link. You can control how many questions you answer and can thereby complete it in minutes. You can also do this anonymously if you wish. Topics covered include patents, trade marks, designs, copyright and data protection / privacy.

Meanwhile, lawyers across our European team will be carrying out the legal analysis of the IP regimes of all 24 jurisdictions being studied. We will also be weighing up each jurisdiction's objective data for use as "instrumental factors" in the report methodology. We look forward to bringing you the compiled results in our GIPI3 report, to be published in a few months time.

Please click here to complete the survey.

Please feel free to pass this on to anyone you know with relevant IP experience.

We highly value and appreciate all your responses and help with this study.
