Taylor Wessing’s up and coming stars recognised in Private Client Practitioner’s 2011 Top 35 under 35

Taylor Wessing lawyers Mustafa Hussain, Kirstie McGuigan and Clare Ludlam have been named in the definitive annual list of young private wealth practitioners, Top 35 Under 35, published by Private Client Practitioner.
Mustafa Hussain is a senior associate specialising in advising Middle Eastern clients and acts for, amongst others, three of the top 50 super high net worth Arabs listed in the Arabian Business Rich List. Mustafa's clients have a combined wealth of up to $15 billion and Mustafa has, through an emphasis on outstanding service and depth of cultural understanding, become the principal advisor to a number of his clients. He is also the author of Taylor Wessing’s Family Business Passport a concise and practical guide for the owners of family businesses.
Senior associate Kirstie McGuigan specialises in private client matters, contentious and non-contentious. Kirstie has particular expertise in advising on substantial multi-jurisdictional probates and is developing a strong reputation in the market for her involvement in large and complex trusts and estates disputes. One of her strengths lies in efficiently project managing complicated and matters involving multiple parties. Kirstie also prides herself on her strong relationships with clients. Kirstie is a member of Taylor Wessing’s Charities Committee and is actively involved in the pro-bono work in the Private Client department.
Clare Ludlam joined Taylor Wessing as an associate in February 2011 having been at Farrer & Co for over four years. Keen to build on her extensive onshore expertise, Clare moved to Taylor Wessing to develop her practice of clients with a non-UK domicile and to further her experience in relation to clients with family businesses. Clare has strength in a variety of practice areas and enjoys bringing this wealth of experience together to give high quality advice to clients and to ensure that all of their advisory needs are met. This is the second consecutive year that Clare has featured in the Top 35 under 35 list.
