Taylor Wessing successfully advises Capricorn Hospitality on their Long Term Management Agreement for the new Fairmont Hotel Jaipur
Leading law firm Taylor Wessing recently advised Capricorn Hospitality Investments India Limited on the long term Hotel Management Agreement for the new luxury Fairmont Hotel, which is scheduled to open in Jaipur, India in 2010.
Fairmont Hotels & Resorts is a leader in the global hospitality industry with an extraordinary collection of luxury hotels, including New York's The Plaza. The Fairmont Jaipur will be located in Rajasthan, in the northwest of India near to one the area's major landmarks, the Amber Fort. The luxury resort's design will reflect the city's rich cultural heritage and growing business market. The 248-room hotel will also include a variety of restaurants and bars, including a poolside bar, a 10,000 square foot Willow Stream spa, and a 5,000 square foot health club. To accommodate the area's growing meetings market, there will also be a 48,500 square foot Convention Center as well as gardens that can host over 1000 guests, perfect for business functions or weddings. It will be the Fairmont Group's second project in India, joining the Fairmont Hyderabad.
