Taylor Wessing has hired Richard Williamson of K&L Gates as a new partner within the firm's international finance group. Richard will be the fourth partner hire Taylor Wessing has made in the last month, closely following the appointments of Pierre Tallot in Finance (Paris), Emma Danks in Private Equity (London) and Patrick Clark in Telecoms (London). Richard will be joining the firm's London office in July.

Richard has extensive experience in advising banks, financial institutions and borrowers on real estate finance transactions and restructurings.

Taylor Wessing is an acknowledged leader in Real Estate Finance. The firm's real estate finance practice has a well-established roster of most of the banks currently lending into the property finance market. Bringing on board another market leader to join the existing team in this area serves to further strengthen the firm's offering.
